Contest Rules
This contest starts at 8:00am PST on the drawing period start date specified below. One independent random drawing will be held at 8:00am PST on the end date of the drawing period to determine a winner.

How to Enter
•Send an e-mail to jeffrey.hirsch@internetmci.com with only "Sonicare" typed in the subject line of the e-mail message.
•Include only your complete return e-mail address and Name in the body of your entry so we can notify you if your name is drawn (see Winner Notification below).
Incorrect entries will be discarded (see How to Enter, above).
Only one entry per valid e-mail address will be accepted during the drawing period. Duplicate entries with the same e-mail address received within the drawing period will be ineligible and promptly discarded.

Entries must be from Washington State residents living within 75 miles of Bellevue, WA.

Dentists, hygienists, dental assistants or their immediate family members are not eligible to win and are, therefore, respectfully requested not to enter this contest.
One winner will be randomly selected from the drawing period.
At the end of the drawing period, all previous entries will be discarded. We may have other drawings during the year. Non-winners from previous drawings are encouraged to re-enter within the start and end dates of the next drawing period for another chance to win. Winners from previous drawing periods are not eligible to win in any of the subsequent drawing periods.
Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
The identity of applicants and winners will not be made public.
All winners are final.
Awarded Sonicare toothbrushes are designed for and conform to United States electrical standards.
Main Street Dental is not liable for any damage incurred during the shipment of prizes.
Contest rules are subject to change at the beginning of each drawing period without prior notification.
Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by their return e-mail address as specified in the body of their entry (see How to Enter, above). The winner's postal mailing address will be requested when the winner is notified so that the prize can be delivered. In the event that there is no reply to the e-mail winners notification after 2 weeks from the date the winners notification is sent, a new winner will be randomly drawn and the notification process will repeat accordingly until a winner has confirmed their postal mailing address.
